Not a day passes when the boys don't watch, talk about or play with these action figures that have become household names in our home.

When we heard that the WWE was coming to Manila, I thought the boys would get a kick out of seeing the wrestlers live and in the flesh.
I quickly bought tickets at SM. The best seats we could afford were front row of Lower Box. Bought six tickets for Jeroen and I, the boys and the yaya and Tita Grace.
On Friday night Ben was freaking out because of the horrendous traffic. We left the house at 6:30 pm and reached Araneta Coliseum at 7:45 pm. We were 15 minutes late.



No worries, there was plenty to watch. And so we joined thousands of Filipino fans in black XL T-shirts rooting for CM Punk

When the show ended around 10 pm, were were all init-ulo (bad mood) because the kids were tired, Grace and I were hungry and Jeroen just wanted to get home. There was major drama in the car until the kids fell asleep, when halfway home on Edsa, Jeroen spotted two tourist buses with escorts. Knowing the wrestlers were staying at the Edsa Shang, we decided to stalk follow them.



Minutes later the buses arrived at the back of Edsa Shang hotel next to Fully Booked.
Jeroen woke up the boys while Grace and I ran to get paparazzi shots.
Jeroen, the white boy, lost no time in going right smack in front of the buses (something I have no guts to do).



The wrestlers started coming down lugging all sorts of carry-ons and coolers just like normal human beings. The boys were very sleepy.
Jeroen was carrying Ben, hoping to get a picture. Christian Cage was completely deadma, we were disappointed.



Rey Mysterio was unmasked but Ben recognized him. "Hi Rey," Ben said.
Rey Mysterio put a finger to his lips and said, "shhhh." Then he shook Marky's hand. He said, "Hey buddy!"
I'll let Jeroen say the rest. Honestly the wrestlers looked like they just wanted to hit the sack, so there were no photo ops.
So very un-Michael Jackson. Oh well.
That said, I shall now hit the sack.
