After a brave battle with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia, (I've just received word that) Francis Magalona passed away at noon. Please take a minute of silence to pray for his soul and his loved ones.

Francis, I'll be hearing mass for you today. Rest in peace.
Pia, anything I can do for you, I'm just a text away.

Our Kaleidoscope World just lost one of its brightest colors.

How nice, you even have a picture of him in Pepper Lunch Power Plant. This was before he was taken ill, I guess. How fast. I was praying he'd recover.

it was just before he was diagnosed. I interviewed him for the Star and I thought his color was pale, but I thought he was wearing stage makeup. he was the kindest person

He's with the stars and sun now. May he rest in peace. He was one of the best artists we had. He wont be forgotten and his music will live on forever.

That was too fast. I was surprised. I thought he was recovering, although I'm not the most up to date person :( He was too young to go... but what a remarkable life he led! He will not be forgotten by this generation.

Today is a sad day. It is a sad day not just for the family, friends and fans of Francis Magalona. It is a sad day today for we lost a great and talented musician, actor and photographer. I can't help but cry as I watched eat Bulaga knina..=(

His kindness was palpable even when he hosted Eat Bulaga. He'd always try to lead the contestants to the right answers so they'd take home the jackpot. You're lucky to have known him. Is your article on him online? Please post the link if it is.

i still have that cassette tape of his first album.. i think i was 5 then when his popular single came out.
